ABOUT BIOVISUALS

Built from research experience, for clearer scientific communication.

BioVisuals is building an integrated platform that connects data analysis, scientific illustration, figure creation and collaboration—helping researchers move from experimental results to clear scientific communication in one connected workflow.

Our mission

Our mission is to make advanced scientific communication tools more accessible to researchers, students, laboratories and biotechnology teams—without requiring specialist design experience.

The problem we are solving

Scientific work is often fragmented across analysis software, charting tools, illustration libraries and design applications. BioVisuals is being built to connect these steps and help researchers move more efficiently from experimental data to a clear scientific figure.

What we are building

BioVisuals Studio

A collaborative workspace for creating scientific figures using editable illustrations, templates, layout tools and high-resolution export.

OUR STORY

Founded from research experience

BioVisuals was founded by Vikas Gaur, a cancer researcher who experienced how much time scientists spend moving between disconnected analysis, illustration and design tools. BioVisuals began with a simple goal: make the path from scientific data to a clear figure more connected and accessible.
